Moonflower Designs was started in 2003.  The name was taken from the beautiful, night-blooming flowers that I had discovered and planted in my garden in Chapman, KS, where I was living at the time.  The company began with the Small Scapes designs which were kits based on the color name of the Picture This Plus fabric used.  This was shortly after PTP began dyeing fabric for cross stitch.  I have known Marilyn of PTP for many years and accompanied her to trade shows around the country.  The Small Scapes kits included fabric, thread, and embellishment(s).  Designs included an eclectic mixture of themes and included a number of Celtic inspired ones.  In 2010, I purchased The Stitchers’ Village web site and began the social feature.  In 2014 TSV was completely re-designed to incorporated the main site and the social area into the same platform.  Stitchers’ Village Designs was also launched to produce charts and kits as well as classes.  Watch for new products and the ideas are always flowing!!
